Take a lime, cut it in half, and rub it on your forehead
Consult your doctor or chiropractor if you get frequent, long-lasting, or very severe headaches.
I thought after I eat chocolate,cheese cake and also ice cream,everything will be fine but my headache come again..I hope tomorrow morning I will be fine.Please...:-(
